Podcast Production
In partnership with the Project Management Institute (PMI), I produce Projectified®, a bi-weekly podcast focused on global topics and trends in project management. Episodes showcase conversations with project professionals from around the world—at organizations like NASA, Google, UNICEF, AECOM and Capital One—sharing their real-world experiences and lessons learned with our audience.
What do I do for the show?
I work on the podcast from episode ideation to publication, collaborating with content leads to determine episode topics that align with the client’s content strategy and identifying and reaching out to potential guests. I conduct pre-interview calls with guests to not only discover the most informative (and entertaining) discussion topics but also build rapport and make guests—some of whom have never done a podcast interview before—more comfortable.
I coordinate with multiple team members to schedule and record interviews. I also script episodes with the podcast host, ensuring we follow the client’s style guidelines and meet production deadlines. I review episodes for editorial and audio quality and write episode descriptions in line with SEO best practices.
Check out a few of my favorite episodes from the last few years below.
You might hear some differences from one year to the next as we updated our show’s format and tone, ensuring it remained true to PMI’s brand voice as it evolved.
